Mom Koumba is an innovative gastro-social project founded in 2020 by Senegalese entrepreneur Louise Basse. Its main objective is to democratize African cuisine in Europe and the world through authentic, ready-to-eat products.
In addition to sales, they collaborate with NGOs in Africa to improve access to clean water, education, and food security.
The brand is known for its range of traditional sauces, including Maffe (Senegal), Yassa (Senegal), Doro Wat (Ethiopia), and Sakay (Madagascar).
